Texture

For this work I was inspired by India. In India, everything has a rough warm texture — houses, trees, people, air. The works are performed in the grattage technique. This is a complex technique. First you need to draw a bright, too bright image. Then you need to paint it all black, and carefully, like a sapper, scratch it at random with a pen.
